The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3)

The CIO-SP3 GWAC is a ten-year Government Wide contract that provides IT solutions and services including health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.

Through this contract, the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) and other federal agencies can award task orders to acquire IT services. These task orders will employ various pricing arrangements such as Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF), Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee (CPIF), and Time-and-Materials (T & M). ERP as the managing member of the ERPSI Joint Venture has prime contracts for the CIOSP3 SB 8(a) track and under the CIOSP3 SB Small Business track. ERP’s Joint Venture has all 10 task areas and can support any requirement under this contract.

DHA Medical Q-Coded Services

ERP provides medical staffing and contract management support services as a prime contractor on the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Q-Coded Services (MQS) contract. The DHA MQS contract is a multiple award IDIQ with a $7.5 billion ceiling. Through this contract, ERP delivers a wide range of ancillary, nursing, and physician services to Military Departments (Air Force, Army, and Navy) within the United States, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

DHA Medical Support Services (MSS)

Awarded through the Joint Venture of ERP and Prosource360, ERProsource360 is one of the 27 companies awarded a DHA MSS contract for medical support services to military treatment facilities across the U.S., Guam, and Puerto Rico. MSS services encompass support for routine staffing, temporary workload increase, new missions, reorganization, limited-duration need, start-up/shut-down needs and workforce fluctuations at military treatment facilities.

DHA OMNIBUS IV Military Medical Research and Development 

ERP has been awarded the OMNIBUS IV contracting vehicle, which is designed to enhance the related DoD medical research and development programs as well as migrate them into medical practices via translation science support and services.

US Army DEVCOM Scientific, Technical, Engineering and Program Support Services (STEPSS)

ERP has been awarded a Scientific, Technical, Engineering, and Program Support (STEPSS) IDIQ contract. STEPSS will service the needs of DEVCOM CBC and other CBRNE defense agencies with complementary missions, by providing acquisition life-cycle research, development, and test and evaluation services. STEPSS has a $869M ceiling with a 10-year ordering period.

  • This functional area represents an integration of a complex system of differing but related functional disciplines that must work together to achieve program goals through development, production, deployment, operations, support, and disposal.
  • This functional area also consists of providing information system software analysis, requirements definition, design, development, test, modification, installation, implementation, quality assurance, training, and documentation to meet the evolving data storage and reporting needs of programs, analyze existing IT and IS databases, web sites, and IT applications and recommend new or improved interfaces and improved management tools that meet new requirements, or improve management effectiveness and efficiency.
